This is truly the ultimate Southern side dish. Tender collard greens and (one of my favorites) black-eyed peas, come together with the spicy addition of chipotles in adobo sauce. Unique and flavorful, this vegetarian side dish is delicious as is—or do what I did and add a few slices of turkey bacon into the mix for a little something extra.

You will love it! I loved the addition of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce in this particular recipe…gave it a smoky heat which was fantastic.
