This luscious Italian-inspired tart is creamy and wonderfully flavored. A mixture of fresh ricotta cheese, lemon zest and juice, cream cheese and eggs baked in a vanilla cookie-crust and topped with fresh blackberries. Perfectly sweet and satisfying, this simple tart is wonderful with an added pinch of ground cinnamon as well.
