Calling all lox and bagels fans! This is my version of the classic but lightened up a bit. Don’t get me wrong, I love a thick, lightly toasted bagel every now and again, but a thin, toasted piece of tasty rye bread works just as well. Picture this: toasted rye bread with a thin coating of cream cheese, a layer of tender smoked salmon, peppery arugula and spicy red onion. A breakfast time treat so healthy and delicious, it need not be saved for the weekend…
Smoked Salmon on Rye

- baby arugula
- red onion, chopped
