This classic Neapolitan Bread contains all of the ingredients of a pizza, but rolled up and baked in a bundt pan, and then sliced into pinwheels to serve. You can use your favorite homemade pizza dough or even a quality store bought variety, along with any mixture of cheese and meats that you prefer. The combination of ingredients that I like best are chopped salami, prosciutto, spicy pepper jack cheese, Swiss cheese, and fresh mozzarella. Serve these scrumptious pinwheels as a passed appetizer, or light lunch alongside a fresh green salad tossed with a nice balsamic vinaigrette.

Classic Neapolitan Bread
Ingredients:
- * Recipe Courtesy of Mami Camilla Cooking School*
- Roll your favorite pizza dough into a large circle, as if you are making a traditional pizza. Drizzle the dough with extra virgin olive oil and then top with a combination of chopped salami, ham, prosciutto, pepper jack cheese, Swiss cheese, fresh mozzarella cubes, and another drizzle of oil.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Roll the topped circle of dough up into a long tube-shape and then place it in an oiled Bundt pan. Oil the top of the bread and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before baking in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour or until the top of the bread is lightly browned. Slice into pinwheels and serve warm.
