For me, this steakhouse-style dinner served with a dry martini is the epitome of dining. Whether at your favorite local steakhouse enjoying a perfectly cooked filet mignon and wedge salad, or even better, at home doing the same, the combination of decadent flavors and steakhouse-charm gets me every time. I loved this recipe idea for a unique steakhouse dinner because it was not only easy to prepare on my trusty grill pan, but really was a treat for everyone at the dinner table. A medium rare filet mignon topped with a slice of creamy blue cheese with a wedge of crispy iceberg lettuce on the side topped with a homemade warm tomato vinaigrette. A classic combination of flavors that is in a phrase, crave-worthy.
