There is a monthly feature entitled ‘Perfect Bite’ in Martha Stewart Living magazine all about simple and unique flavor combinations. I adore seeing the lovely pairings they come up with each and every month! The most recent pairing was that of sweet, juicy sliced oranges and buttery green olives. With a slight Spanish flair, this colorful plate is a healthy side dish that will surprise your taste buds. Along with sweet oranges and olives, they suggest a sprinkling of sea salt (I used a Hawaiian black lava sea salt for a nice color contrast), spicy red pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, and a few sprigs of fresh mint. This flavor combination and colorful presentation will knock your socks off–guaranteed!

Oranges & Olives
Ingredients:
