Oh what a morning treat!  Thick slices of whole grain bread stuffed with sautéed spinach, garlic and a farm fresh egg—all baked and topped with crumbly cooked bacon. Need I say more?  Hearty and healthy, all this decadent morning treat needs is a side of fresh fruit and a cup of your favorite coffee or tea.
