The name of this recipe really doesn’t do the dish justice. Not only are the jumbo shrimp coated in a lovely paprika mixture, but they are accompanied with a white wine-butter sauce as well as sun-dried tomatoes, briny capers, fresh parsley, garlic and a squeeze of lemon juice. Fragrant and full of flavor, I love serving this dish on top of roasted spaghetti squash, but angel hair pasta would work well, or even just served on its own in a bowl, with a crusty loaf of bread to dip into it would be divine.
