I must have been channeling Alice Waters when I came up with this simple and fresh dessert idea. Charming in its presentation and perfectly sweet in taste, this elegant dessert is creamy, tart, and decadent. It’s simple: it starts with a scoop of whole milk ricotta cheese plated alongside a scoop of store-bought lemon curd, served with a few plump blackberries and sprig of fresh mint. Blueberries work very well with lemon curd as well, so feel free to sub those in, or use a mixture of both berries if you wish.
