 This is no ordinary cheesecake.  It is 1) easier to make than a normal cheesecake 2) has far fewer ingredients and 3) is a bit more ethereal.  You start by whipping together heavy cream and mascarpone cheese; then, you stir in store-bought lemon curd for a bright and sweet flavor.  To form the creamy layered dessert you then alternate the lemon cream with graham crackers—refrigerate overnight, unmold and serve with tasty, plump blueberries.  An impressive presentation that is unlike any cheesecake you have ever tried before, guaranteed.
