These are truly some of the best meatballs I have ever tasted. Hailing from FOOD & WINE magazine, these ground chicken meatballs are full of unique flavors and are oh-so-tender. A mixture of ground chicken flavored with a puree of garlic, half of a jalapeno pepper, sun-dried tomatoes and bread crumbs, seared in a touch of oil and finishes off cooking in a fresh tomato sauce flavored with the rest of the jalapeno pepper, dried oregano and fresh parsley. A truly unique spin on a classic that we all know and love.
