Eating Well magazine is a wonderful source for seasonal, healthy recipes with a unique spin. Having received a pound of lovely purple potatoes from our CSA last week, I decided to make this simple summertime salad for dinner. Grilled slices of steak flavored with lime juice, garlic and chile powder, tossed with the boiled potatoes, greens, sliced radishes, scallions and a simple cumin-sherry vinegar dressing. Gorgeous in its presentation and perfect for a super simple weeknight supper idea.
