Matcha-White Chocolate Bark

Matcha White Choc Bark

Craving a sweet confection, I scoured the pantry and freezer for something unique to create.  I came upon two of my favorite flavors: white chocolate and matcha green tea powder.  I decided to make a lovely matcha-flavored white chocolate bark with some sliced almonds and sweet dried wild blueberries.  (Dried apricots or cherries would also work well here, but the combination of blueberries and green tea is a good one in actual steeped tea, so I highly recommend those if you have them on hand.)  Easy as melted chocolate… and the results hit the spot.
