This luxurious dessert truly melts in your mouth. The creamy filling is a sweet combination of whipped cream, melted white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. All housed in a crumbly, buttery graham cracker crust, I like to serve each slice of this decadent pie with fresh raspberries, a sprig of mint and a couple of almonds. The almonds complement the tiny bit of almond extract that you add into the pie’s filling before refrigerating the pie to set. For a frozen version of the same pie, just pop the set pie into the freezer and cut into chilled slices.
