Oh my, this pizza was heavenly!  Your favorite store-bought or homemade pizza dough rolled out and topped with a combination of fresh basil, crushed red pepper flakes, roasted garlic cloves, garlic oil, ricotta cheese…..and one of the most decadent ingredients out there…burrata cheese.  If you’re not familiar, burrata cheese are balls of fresh mozzarella cheese filled with cream. So when you cut into them, they have a creamy, liquidy inside that is out-of-this-world.  Try some either on a pizza like this one, or in a caprese salad for a twist.

Anna, we aren’t familiar with that cheese but will look for it. We had pizza down here at the beach with ricotta and was very good. Will have to try these.

If you love fresh mozzarella cheese, you will adore it! Even creamier…yum.
Enjoy your time at the beach!
