Happy Birthday to my husband Scott!  

 I love to plan menus, but what I really love is planning menus for special ooccasions like this one; afun time to hand pick special dishes that bring a smile to the dinner guests at your table.

For his special Birthday dinner tonight I have included a few of his favorites; to start, I am making an elegant small bite and then following it up with a French classic for our entree.  Everyone has a favorite Birthday cake and for him, it is an ice cream cake.
