A Truly Southern Brunch Menu

Holidays are all about decadence, spending time with those you love, and creating lasting memories.  For my family, those lasting memories usually involve (you guessed it!)  food and laughter.  It has always been one of our family traditions to not only share a lovely dinner together for the holidays, but also a decadent brunch.  The tradition goes back to Christmas morning when my Dad would take egg orders before present-opening time began—not just eggs were served up that morning, but grits, bacon, English muffins, fruit…a true feast.  This year for our Thanksgiving brunch, we will be serving up Mimosas, Creole Mini Quiches, Cheesy Grits and Roasted Okra with Sweet Peppers.  A truly southern brunch menu that is sure to produce smiles.
