If you are staying in to ring in the New Year, think decadence and bubbles when planning your menu. This year I chose an eclectic mix of recipes from Giada De Laurentiis’ newest cookbook, Happy Cooking. A fabulous collection of creative dishes for any occassion–from breakfasts, to small plates, seafood, salad, sides, desserts…you get the idea. For our New Year’s Eve menu for 2015, we’ll be enjoying:
