Isn’t this such a magical time of year?  Everything from hanging the Holiday wreath, to taking the afternoon to buy your Christmas tree, to baking your homemade Holiday treats for friends and family can easily bring a smile to your face.  This year our families are celebrating the spirit of the season in Atlanta.  Scott and I are excited to host and spend time with our families this season, and what better way to do that than to celebrate with the gift of great food and drink.

For Christmas Eve this year, we will be having:

Chicken Liver Mousse with Pomegranates

Winter Crudités with Buttermilk Dip

Holiday Seafood Bouillabaisse

Braised Kale with Black-Eyed Peas & Smoked Ham

Garlic Knots with Fresh Herbs

Rice Pudding

 

And for Christmas day, the menu will be:

Fig & Fennel Caponata with Garlic Toasts

Mustard & Herb-Crusted Prime Rib

Baby Arugula & Orange Salad with Pomegranate-White Wine Vinaigrette

Roasted Pears & Red Onions with Rosemary

Brown and Wild Rice Dressing with Mushrooms & Brussels Sprouts

Cranberry Cheesecake with Cranberry-Orange Sauce
