    Hi Anna,

Super recipes in the USPCA magazine!
We are cheering… The ingredients overlap seasons for availability with great taste.
Get to Baton Rouge sometime soon!

    Hey Anna!
Do you have a good king cake recipe? I’d love to make one!
    🙂

I am sure Anna has something much more gourmet and delicious, but if you want an easy one, Google Holly Clegg’s – she is a Baton Rouge chef who has an easy one I make every year; originally geared towards kids, you use crescent rolls for the dough.

Nope, I sent Christy the link to that exact recipe the other day! 😊

I would like to make the Earl Grey & Orange Pork Tenderloin but cannot find “Earl Grey spice blend” anywhere. Perhaps you could give me a lead, or maybe your local spice shop would ship. I am in Canada.

Hi, Heather. I did a search online to try and find the spice blend (I originally bought it at Savory Spice Shop, but now unfortunately they don’t carry it anymore!) but was not able to locate the blend. If I were you I would just make my own: mix equal parts crushed Earl Grey tea, fennel pollen, black pepper, marjoram, rosemary and granulated garlic in a small bowl, and then follow the pork recipe as indicated. Hope that helps!

    Anna
just wanted you to know that we discovered your Mami Camilla recipe for hot chili peppers bottled in oil. My family has been canning veggies and peppers from the garden for generations we also dry herbs and hot peppers then store them in mason jars for gifts.

Until I discovered your recipe for Calabrian hot peppers in oil I always struggled with canning peppers in oil.

One of our favored recipes is pickled eggplant. I’d be happy to share with you if you are interested.

    Sincerely, Brian

Fantastic, Brian! Enjoy your hot peppers!
I always have a jar of these (made with jalapenos) in my pantry for sandwiches and salad toppers…
