Crepes are a treat no matter what the filling.  Thin, eggy delights filled with something sweet like homemade jam or lemon curd are incredibly simple yet decadent.  Filled with savory fillings like thinly sliced ham and a touch of salted butter, or even roasted vegetable and goat cheese…equally as enjoyable.  Think of crepes as a blank slate for whatever you feel like filling them with; but believe me, this recipe for a classic French breakfast treat will wow you.
