Mustard & Gruyere Pinwheels

Recipe based on a Barefoot Contessa recipe

Based on a puff pastry appetizer I saw in a Barefoot Contessa cookbook, these flaky puff pastry pinwheels are filled with tangy coarse grain Dijon mustard and shredded Swiss cheese.  Rolled up and cut into rounds, these bite-sized delicacies are then rolled in shredded Parmesan cheese for a touch of saltiness.  A quick and easy appetizer that everyone is sure to gobble up!
