I adore the idea of taking your favorite cooked whole grains and using them as a healthy breakfast treat like this one.  Similar in texture to steel-cut oats, this lightly sweetened cooked bulgur bowl is creamy, crunchy and delicious.  Cooked bulgur is mixed with brown sugar and buttery walnuts, and is topped with sliced banana and a creamy  mixture of Greek yogurt, honey and ground cinnamon.  Using your favorite whole grains as an oatmeal-swap out let’s you be creative with the toppings and add-ins, and is a gret way to liven up your breakfast-time routine.
